AI Super Duper Bowl Mascot Brawl

Welcome to the story of how we created the AI Super Duper Bowl Mascot Brawl! This innovative tournament combined custom AI analysis, detailed mascot profiles, and automated tournament simulation to create an exciting competition. Here's how we built it:

First, we created custom Fighting Profile PDFs for each mascot highlighting their fighting style. These detailed profiles captured each mascot's unique characteristics, strengths, weaknesses, and combat strategies. Each PDF was carefully crafted to provide comprehensive information that would later be used by our AI system to make informed decisions during the tournament.

Second, we created "Idea" entries for each Mascot and uploaded the Fighting Profile PDF (so the AI has access to the fighting profile). This step was crucial because it integrated the detailed mascot profiles directly into our platform's idea system, making them accessible for AI analysis. Each mascot became an idea entry with its fighting profile attached, creating a rich knowledge base for the tournament.

Third, we created a custom Analysis Bot called the Butt-Kicker-Rating Tool, that would be used to judge the tournament. This specialized AI bot was designed to evaluate each mascot's fighting capabilities based on their profiles. The bot analyzed combat effectiveness, strategic thinking, and overall fighting prowess to provide fair and comprehensive ratings for each matchup.

Finally, we created a 32 team tournament and ran the AI Simulation. The tournament was a 32 draw bracket (there are 28 mascots). Our AI system used the Butt-Kicker-Rating Tool to analyze each matchup, performing a comprehensive analysis of the fighting profiles. The simulation ran automatically, creating an exciting and fair competition that showcased the power of AI-assisted decision making...and most importantly, observability into the AI's decision making process.
